When Chloe Hilton was searching for her wedding look, she knew she wanted something that truly felt like her. After visiting multiple bridal boutiques, she discovered Halfpenny London’s capsule collection with Net-A-Porter and decided to try the dresses in the comfort of her own home.

THE DRESS

After experimenting with traditional silhouettes, Chloe realised she wanted something different that reflected her personal style. “I’m well known amongst my friends and colleagues to always be wearing a blazer! So I instantly fell in love with the blazer mini dress. I felt super comfortable in it, and much more myself.” This playful, modern choice perfectly balanced bridal elegance with Chloe’s signature love of tailoring.

She paired the Lexie dress with the sheer Maribou skirt, for a playful twist to contrast the structure of the blazer.

THE DAY

With a vision for a relaxed, vibrant, and fun celebration in the heart of London, Chloe and Matt chose Hackney Town Hall for their ceremony. “We wanted a relaxed and fun day, full of love, live music and margaritas!” Guests were whisked through the city on traditional red buses, toasting with champagne along the way, before arriving at the reception at Bourne and Hollingsworth Buildings. The day flowed seamlessly from an outdoor champagne reception to a sunset dinner, into a night-long celebration with a live band and secret underground club. Chloe curated every detail herself, ensuring her style and the joyful energy of the day shone through.
