Title: Bridal Stylist

ROLE PURPOSE

Based in our Grade II listed flagship, a short walk from Euston station, you will embody our desire to provide a memorable experience for every bride that walks through the door, listening and guiding them to the perfect look. You will represent Halfpenny London as an ambassador of style and knowledge and contribute to deliver a high performing store. Working full time on-site, Tuesday - Saturday, including evening and weekend hours subject to scheduling, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering a memorable experience for every bride by providing excellent service in appointments, styling guidance and follow-up communication

• Converting sales with a close eye on sales targets

• Managing your CRM to ensure sales are converted and payments are received on time

• Maintaining the gold-standard for the boutique visual merchandising

• Taking initiative to actively participate in daily store operations

• Owning customer queries and complaints, ensuring swift follow up with a solution-driven approach

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven sales experience working in a similar role within a luxury/fashion/bridal retail

• Styling experience is preferred

• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with particular emphasis on conversion and up-selling

• Excellent communication skills

• An open and proactive mindset, seeking to problem solve and take action

Job Title: Bridalwear Garment Technologist

ROLE PURPOSE

As a Garment Technologist you will play a pivotal role ensuring that our products meet their exceptional Quality requirements to guarantee customer satisfaction. You will work with the finest details of our bridal gowns, corsetry, and accessories. You will assure every Tech Pack is a blueprint for perfection and support the Quality Control team by visiting manufacturers and ensure every gown is measured ahead of client delivery. By bridging the gap between the Atelier and Production, you will ensure our designs are industrialised promptly without ever sacrificing the luxury finish Halfpenny London is known for.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Technical Execution & Tech Packs

• Build tech packs to ensure a high standard of make across all garments in line with brand standards.

• Measure garments and input data into Tech Packs with high-level clarity, collating fitting notes and detailed construction notes.

• Work with the finest materials including tulle, chiffon, silk, lace, beading, and couture corsetry garments.

• Quality Control & Standards

• Ensure every gown is measured ahead of client delivery.

• Support the Quality Control team by visiting manufacturers during peak season.

• Contribute to building the Halfpenny quality standard manuals in collaboration with the

• Technical team to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Collaboration

• Communicate continuously with Seamstresses, Garment Technologists, and Production teams to adhere to the Critical Path and internal trackers.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A Degree in Fashion Technology, Pattern Cutting, or Tailoring with a minimum of 2 years of

• industry experience within a Garment Technology role in luxury fashion, bridal wear, or high-end womenswear.

• A strong understanding of RTW/Bridalwear garment construction, sewing finishings, and machining techniques. A background in dressmaking or professional pattern cutting is beneficial.

• Proficiency in IT skills including Zedonk, Gmail, Google Sheets, and Illustrator.

• Highly organised and detail-oriented; passionate about precision, heritage craftsmanship, and design integrity.

• A positive "can-do" attitude with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
