For her wedding at Gloster House in Ireland, bride Eavan Agnew chose a Halfpenny London bridal look that blended classic elegance with contemporary flair. From the lace Ada bodysuit to the dramatic Amy skirt and Cascade veil, every detail reflected her personality.
THE DRESS
Eavan travelled from Dublin to our London boutique for a truly memorable appointment. “We were lucky enough to have had Kate for the appointment who made it such a joy.”
Eavan chose the Ada lace bodysuit paired with the Amy skirt and crop top for a modern take on wedding dresses, while blending in some timeless elements. “I always adored lace long sleeve wedding dresses — my favourite dresses always had this element, including my Granny’s”.
“I knew from the moment I put it on it was the one. Kate made sure it was an afternoon to remember and it is one that I will always look back at fondly.”
To complete the look, she added the dramatic Cascade veil, as she “loved the drama of the length paired with the softness of the tulle.”
THE DAY
Held at the grand yet welcoming Gloster House, Eavan envisioned a lively celebration with a packed dancefloor. She also incorporated the lace element from her dress into the day through tablecloths and the table plan, tying the design together in a subtle, thoughtful way.
