Halfpenny London Songbird collection preview at Petersham Nurseries
We spent a magical morning at Petersham Nurseries in Covent Garden showcasing our brand new Songbird collection during an intimate breakfast event. I adore The Petersham restaurant in Covent Garden so jumped at the chance to collaborate with the team there to create a dreamy event for our guests. The incredible florists created a stunning autumnal installation of leaves and blooms while the Secret Spa team worked backstage to get our beautiful models catwalk ready. I’m a huge fan of Sophia Webster shoes and we were lucky enough to have some of her fabulous creations as the perfect accessories for our dresses. Exquisite winged heels, sparkly peep-toes and - my personal favourite - Wifey for Lifey stilettos added a fun touch!
Guests were treated to a delicious breakfast before the show and it was fabulous to see so many friends there, both old and new! Thank you to K & H Comms for all their help in the run up to the event and on the day itself and thank you to all of our event partners. I’m so grateful and this event could not have happened without your generosity.
My lovely friend Emilia Fox and I sat down for a Q&A about the evolution of my brand and how it went from designing dresses for brides from my front room to having three Halfpenny London properties on Woburn Walk. It’s been a hell of a journey and I can’t wait to see where we go from here!
