Beautiful Veronica | A real Halfpenny London bride
Beautiful bride Veronica and new husband John celebrated their love in a glamorous micro wedding at Blanchville House in Kilkenny, Ireland last October. Veronica found her dream wedding dress in our Iris slip and Laura top at our amazing stockist The White Gallery Boutique in Burren, Co Down.
Veronica spoke to Love My Dress about her experience:
“Rachel at The White Gallery was so lovely to deal with and made the trips up north for fittings so enjoyable in her beautiful dressing rooms. I loved the simplicity of the dress and the luxurious silk Iris slip dress was so comfortable to wear. The Laura drape top with long sleeves was perfect for October weather and being able to remove the top later in the evening allowed for two wedding looks.”
The couple’s wedding date was postponed due to Covid and they decided to embrace the new plan and enjoy their intimate celebration with 25 guests.
“We couldn’t have imagined that a wedding with just 25 guests could be so much fun and so enjoyable. My advice is go for it and think of it as an opportunity to celebrate your love with your nearest and dearest in a really intimate way. There will be plenty of time in the future to celebrate with all those you would have loved to have had there.”
