Stunning Emily | A real Halfpenny London bride
Beautiful bride Emily and her new husband James tied the knot in a vibrant celebration in Liverpool. The couple’s killer style oozed out of every aspect of their wedding, including the chic white bridesmaid dresses, the decor, the florals and not to mention Emily’s choice of Halfpenny London separates purchased from one of our mega stockists, The White Closet.
Speaking to Rock My Wedding, the couple had this to say:
“We wanted the whole thing to be fun. We didn’t want it to be too sophisticated or stuffy, because that’s not us. We didn’t choose a traditional venue for that reason, and we tried to make sure we threw a proper party in the evening. We wanted things to be unexpected for our guests on the day because we felt that would give the whole thing a sense of fun. For example, we ate burgers and truffle fries with pistachio milkshakes. We had scratch cards as favours. We had a Daft Punk tribute band surprise our guests. My bridesmaids wore white with colourful shoes. And later we had a surprise waffle truck arrive serving sweet and savoury waffles for our guests.”
