Beautiful Hannah | A real Halfpenny London bride

Gorgeous bride Hannah and her lovely beau got married in June with a fabulous fusion of cultures and religions, in a day full of love. Set in the beautiful Syon Park, the couple incorporated Persian traditions with touches of Judaism and Buddhism. The lovely flowers and settings were in shades of pale pinks and greens with fresh herbs, while the food was a beautiful, colourful and fragrant traditional Persian feast.

Hannah looked stunning in her Halfpenny London Scotty dress for the ceremony then switched into a Victor dress for the evening which was smokin’ hot! The dresses she chose were quite different to what she initially had in mind so Hannah’s journey is a good example fo why it’s important to stay open minded!

“I had a certain style in mind, which obviously changed dramatically. I initially wanted to be quite covered up with a high neck and sleeves. Although I didn’t have any bad experiences prior to meeting Kate, I didn’t ever gain that personal connection with someone and wasn’t pushed to try different styles and be open minded. My experience with Halfpenny London was just fabulous! Kate and the girls were a delight; patient, honest, kind and made the experience fun too!

I chose Scotty, because it fit me and hugged me in all the right places. Although I initially wanted something a bit more detailed and embellished, it turns out that simplicity is key. The neckline was incredibly flattering and the girls worked hard to create a bodice that really showed off my figure and kept my big boobs up all day! I knew the dress was the one from the moment my mother saw it on me and cried!!!

I tried the Victor on as part of another dress but I was so stunned by the way it looked I knew I had to have it as a second dress! The Victor dress made me feel like Beyonce so there was no turning back. It’s now known as my Beyonce dress!”

Hannah borrowed some fabulous diamonds from her mother, including her favourite earrings, to complete her look.

It was such a pleasure to work with Hannah and we’re all thrilled to have played a part in her big day. Wishing the newlyweds every happiness in their new lives together!
