Amy in the VICTORIA Dress and Dahlia overskirt
A timeless celebration at Eaves Hall, and a dress discovered — quite literally — in the window.

"When [they] pulled the Dahlia dress from the model in the window for me to try on, I knew it was the one." Amy had admired the dress before she even stepped inside The White Closet in Manchester. By the time she tried it on, there was nothing left to decide.
THE DRESS
Amy chose the Victoria dress with the Dahlia overskirt and Ariel bow, a combination that gave her everything she had been looking for and hadn't quite found anywhere else. She had loved the overskirt look, but nothing had felt right until this. "It was traditional, timeless but with a modern twist." The structured Dahlia overskirt gave the silhouette its shape and presence, while the Ariel bow added the finishing drama. "It had all the drama without being heavy and meant I could enjoy the day and feel comfortable."
The styling was kept deliberately simple — because the dress asked for it. Amy wore her mother's earrings from her own wedding day as her something old, a detail that felt entirely right against a look that spoke, as she puts it, for itself.
THE DAY
Amy's vision was long-sighted from the start: a dress she could look back on in fifty years and still love. "I wanted it to be timeless but still have a modern feel to it." Held at Eaves Hall, the day delivered on every part of that promise.
