Beautiful Jo | A real Halfpenny London bride

Beautiful bride Jo and her beau, Michael, celebrated their love in October last year in a relaxed, informal celebration with their closest friends and family. Jo chose our Pearl dress, which was fitting for that stunning coastal view!

“Halfpenny London was the first boutique I visited (I went to one more store just to be sure I was picking the right dress, but it didn’t compare!). I was surprisingly nervous to try on wedding dresses, but was quickly put at ease. I tried on so many different styles which really helped me understand that I just wanted to look and feel like the best version of ‘me’ on the day.

I chose the Pearl Dress because I felt so elegant in it, but also knew I would be comfortable and able to go for it on the dance floor later! I knew it was ‘the one’ because both my mum and I fell in love with it immediately. I kept coming back to it and trying it on in between other dresses. I think I knew as soon as I tried it on for the first time though to be honest!”

Jo looked totally sensational and finished off her look with some Tilly Thomas Lux stars and Jimmy Choo shoes. The event decor was inspired by an arrangement of flowers the couple saw online and florist Jordana Events came up with a concept that was even more beautiful than they could have imagined.
