Beautiful Lucy | A Halfpenny London bride

Beautiful bride Lucy and her new husband Ben said ‘I do’ in a simple, timeless and elegant wedding this July. As they both live abroad, being with their closest loved ones was the most important part of their celebration.

Lucy search for her dream wedding dress brought her to our London flagship boutique. She wanted something fitted and minimalistic and found exactly what she was looking for.

“When I was first introduced to Kate Halfpenny’s designs, I instantly knew I had to book an appointment- there were just so many beautiful options,” Lucy said. “Niamh at the Halfpenny London flagship store was so helpful and informative. After greeting us both and offering us glasses of bubbly, my friend and I were immediately made to feel welcome and had a lovely morning.

I loved the vertical pleat detailing on the Harbour Frill dress which matched my veil perfectly.The delicate pleated texture inspired the rest of the styling on the day, with the design replicated in the cake design, flowers, candle-holders and signage.”

Lucy looked utterly incredible and I adore these images by Joshua Woodland which capture the joy of the day. Huge congratulations to the happy couple and here’s to countless years of wedded bliss.
