Gorgeous Marilyne | A real Halfpenny London bride

If you’re a previous Halfpenny Bride reading this you might recognize Marilyne from your fittings as she was a member of our amazing team for years before she’s zoomed off on maternity leave.

Obviously, we're all wedding obsessed over here and so got so excited when it’s was one of the Halfpennys tying the knot!

I couldn’t wait to work with Marilyne to create the dress of her dreams and…. well, I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves! Marilyne had a clear vision for what she wanted, I mean you would be crazy not to know when you make glorious gowns all year.

Marilyne and Raj got married in her native Provence on a sun-soaked, wonderful day. Keeping it all in the family, Marilyne’s parents created all the florals, her sister-in-law crafted the stationery and her mum even made her famous spiced rhum as favours for the gorgeous guests. In a lovely touch, Marilyne was walked down the aisle by both her father and stepfather which obviously had me in floods of tears.

Huge congratulations to the love birds from me and all your fellow Halfpennys. We hope you’re enjoying being new parents as much as you are being the dreamiest married couple.
